Session Timeframes

PARTICIPANT START TIMES WILL BE LISTED IN THE PROGRAM. TIMERS WILL BE PLACED ON THE HEAD TABLE FOR USE BY THE CHAIR TO KEEP SPEAKERS ON TIME. SESSION FORMAT FOR TIMELINES The Organizer and/or Chair should dictate if there will be a Q&A period at the end of each talk, as long as the speakers stay within their allotted time. Participants' start/stop times should be enforced.
