Session Timeframes

PARTICIPANT START TIMES WILL BE LISTED IN THE PROGRAM. The Chairs should keep presenters on time; also, a room monitor will be located up front to give indication of time left and when to stop. SESSION FORMAT FOR TIMELINES The Organizer and/or Chair should dictate if there will be a Q&A period at the end of each talk, as long as the speakers stay within their allotted time. Participants' start/stop times should be enforced by the CHAIRS.
